The primary function is to be the link between our customers, account managers and manufacturing (production planning and logistics). To be successful in this role we are looking for a candidate with the ability to build a strong working relationship with our customers.
•Managing all orders from receipt to invoice for the UK/Ireland market
•Coach and manage 1 Inside sales representative
•Pro actively inform clients on the progress of their orders, solve problems related to planning, logistics, invoicing etc.
•Provide information to our sales teams regarding prices, availability, planning, deliveries, forecasting
•Direct communication with PDI-team in UK to make backlog planning
•Work together with Inside Sales team EMEAI
•A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an inside sales, sales support, client service or sales administrative role (preferably within an international environment)
•Ability to make process improvements, to lead by example
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and another foreign language is a plus
•Well developed computer skills, experienced user of excel (queries, pivot tables and formulas) and ERP or planning systems.
•Ability to respond to ad hoc situations, good organizational skills and customer focus.
