Currently we are looking for a Senior HR Generalist for our UK offices in Middleton and Leicester who can take this exciting role in supporting and leading Human Resources for the UK.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for the full HR cycle and will be working as a part of our international EMEA team.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist with other Human Resource department projects and assignments when assigned
• Manage day-to-day employee activity
• Responsible for the preparation of the monthly  payroll
• Managing and updating  the pension schemes
• Supporting recruitment, interviewing, making job offers and employment contracts
• Preparation of the onboarding of new hires
• Prepare new employee paperwork for employee files, orientation and payroll when necessary
• Assist in resolving employee relations issues and administering disciplinary actions
• Conduct investigations into concerns or complaints of employee misconduct
• Assist in the administration of the salary and performance appraisal programs including reporting and follow-up with supervisors
• Coordination of lease cars
• Preparation of the annual P11D
• Participate and contribute to critical HR processes and Continuous improvement efforts. Review and make recommendations and propose improvements
• Support the annual audits
• Working on global / EMEA projects
• Support and create periodic regional reports on e.g. headcounts, recruitment and trends
• Assist with organizing Company training events.
• Assist with other Human Resource department projects and assignments when assigned

Requirements
• At least 5 years of relevant HR experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Computer literate: experienced with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of  WorkDay, CATSone
