Currently we are looking for a: Territory Account Manager for Northern England and Scotland. This position will report into the National Account Manager.
 
We are looking for a person to obtain territory market share by maintaining and expanding the customer base.

Responsibilities
  • Forecast requirements to meet territory sales financial objectives
  • Contribute territory sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
  • Visit customers on a periodic basis
  • Prepare sales, service and support reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends and implementing corrective action
  • Evaluate products, services and technical support in order to improve sales opportunities
  • Maintain and expand customer base by counseling branch sales representatives
  • Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities and service changes
  • Evaluate customer needs for new opportunities
  • Drive customer satisfaction by evaluating sales, sales support, service and technical support
  • Updating of the companies CRM, Salesforce
  • All other duties and responsibilities that are reasonably assigned by the employer or its designee


What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field is desired but not essential
  • 3 to 5 years sales experience, preferably industry-related
  • Commercial and technical minded personality
  • Passion and energy
  • Desire to drive Change & Improvement
