Parts Program Analyst
Program Management Aftermarket EMEA
JLG Ground Support Europe is offering an opportunity for an experienced Parts Analyst to join the aftermarket team of a dynamic premium global manufacturer of aerial work platforms and telescopic material handlers.
We welcome applications from all candidates with pricing experience with a preference shown to individuals that currently or have previously operated in the industry (or with an automotive aftermarket manufacturer or distributor).
The position:
  • Service kit creation and maintenance of the existing service kits
  • Competitor parts analysis, gathering market information and share that with various departments (sales, pricing, supply chain, …)
  • Supporting Marketing team (parts promotions, updating flyers)
  • Parts program strategy code set up and database maintenance, creating structured overviews for detailed pricing and sales analysis
  • Reviewing and updating the parts commodity structure, aligning parts categories 
  • Support for pricing on parts segment creation, categorizing parts by commodity
  • Private branding projects, taking the lead in projects working closely with supply chain
  • Develop direct ship programs, taking the lead in projects to ship parts from suppliers directly to our customers
  • Developing parts rebuild programs
  • All in close cooperation with the US team
The ideal candidate:
  • You hold a Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent technical education
  • Technical (parts related) background in industry or automotive with at least 5 years of experience
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, strong problem solver, with a passion for digging into data.
  • Advanced user of MS Excel and preferably MS Access.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to read / interpret technical drawings
