ASSEMBLY PROCESS ENGINEER
 
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborates with the production department to optimize production flow and to optimize the use of equipment;
  • Participates actively in implementing the new projects in the series production;
  • Design the devices and tools needed to optimize production;
  • Creates and updates SWI for ongoing and future projects;
  • Ensure communication with suppliers of tools and devices;
  •  Elaborate the list of materials and their introduction into the system (Oracle) to be brought on line or to be ordered;
  • Provide technical support for the designated area;
  • Coordinates the design changes related to the Company's products and liaises with the Company and Client design team;
  •  Optimize the assembly processes including testing of new technologies  and spare parts;
  • Creates and updates work instructions and technical documentations;
  • Elaborate and update the list of atypical tools and templates;
  • Develop and update the layout for the area of responsibility;
  • Analyze devices for the assembly process and their reception;
  • Improve the life of the tools by monitoring and constantly analyzing the working regimes;
  • Participates actively in continuous improvements events and projects.
 
Requirements:
  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering;
  • Minimum 2 years experience in automotive industry, assembling process;
  • Experience and knowledge in  Lean Manufacturing tools;
  • Very good knowledge in  AutoCAD design;
  • Fluent in English;  
  • Good skills of project management;
